| 摘 要： | 犯罪人的人身危险性预测结论是正确适用社区矫正和执行社区矫正的基础。文章在考察国内外理论研究与实践的基础上，对我国社区矫正犯罪人的人身危险性预测的缺陷进行分析，并提出建议，以期对完善我国相关制度起借鉴作用。
