| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、分析归纳法等,对新疆高等院校体育工作现状进行分析.结果显示,新疆高校体育整体状况较好,但师资数量不足,学历偏低;高校体育经费普遍投入不足;部分院校训练条件和设备还比较简陋;部分高校还存在教育理念落后和体育教改不彻底的现象;教师能围绕教学搞科研,但整体体育科研水平较低. |

| Abstract: | Based on the data about the result of Physical Education's work to common college of Xinjiang in 2005.The result shows that the overall condition of physical education of common college is preferably,but the qualities of teachers are continuously lack.The outlay is also short,and none of the schools reaches the standard of regulation of 1%.The condition and equipments of partial schools are relatively simple and crude,and the scientific research's level is comparatively low. |
