| 摘 要： | 激励机制在成人课堂教学中有特殊重要的作用,成人学生的特点决定了课堂激励方法的多样性;激励机制的运用主要包括利益激励、热点激励、管理激励、榜样激励等几个方面内容;教师应当注重创造发挥激励作用的条件,并在课堂教学各个环节中采取有效措施引导学生参与课堂教学活动。

| Abstract: | Incentive measures play a very special role in classroom teaching for adult education.The characteristics of adult students determine the varieties of classroom incentive measures.The application of incentive measures mainly include several aspects such as benefit incentive,hot-issue incentive,management incentive,model incentive,etc.Teachers or instructors should attach much attention or importance to the factors or conditions for developing creative functions,and try their best to take effective measures in different teaching steps to guide or encourage students to be fully involved in classroom activities. |
