广东大亚湾芝麻洲大爆破的环境影响预测评价

摘    要:论文概要叙述了芝麻洲大爆破环境影响预测评价的各项内容、方法和结论。指出爆震区所在的莲花山深断裂带系统至少数万年来差异性的活动不明显.本爆破没有出现爆震烈度异常,显示该断裂系统的断裂两盘地应力积累离极限平衡状态尚远。大亚湾的海蚀平台较宽,反映更新世晚期累计相当长时间有接近现在的海平面。可以借用爆破安全规程公式来定量预测本区爆震烈度。芝麻洲大爆破的环境影响预测评价,经部分核查基本正确。这是国内首次进行大爆破环境影响预测评价的尝试。

Environmental Effect Forecast Evaluation on Large Blast at Zhima Isle in Daya Bay in Guangdong

Abstract:Various cotents, ways and conclusions of environmental effect forecast evaluation on large blast at Zhima Isle are summarily described in this paper. It is pointed out that different movements in Lianhua Mountain deep fracture zone system in that the blast seism area is locaied have not been evident since a few ten thousand years at least. Intensity abnormality of blast seism appeared not in the blast, showing accumulation of Earth stress in two sides of faults in the fa- ult system is far apart the limit equilibrium state. Marine-erosion platforms in Daya Bay are broader, reflecting the sea level near these days hac existed for a long time totaled in Late Pleistocene Epoch. Formula on rules of blast safety may be borrowed in oder to forecarst quantitatively blast seism intensity in the area. Through partial check, nveionmerntal effect forecast evaluation on large blast at Zhina Isle is rigth basically. The environmental effect forecast evaluation on large blast is at first try internal.
