| 摘 要： | 宗族组织是由湘西土家族传统的社区组织 ,它已渗透到湘西土家族农村社区的各方面 ,经实地社会调查发现 ,从 80年代实行联产承包责任制后 ,湘西土家族社区的宗族活动又重新抬头 ,这是湘西土家族人民实现现代化所要面对的现实。以瞿氏宗族为例 ,探讨湘西土家族社区宗族制度复兴原因 ,目的在于找到一条适合湘西土家族人民的现代化之路

| Abstract: | Patriarchal clan organizations are the traditional community organizations of the Tujia people in Westem Hunan, which have penetrated into field of Tujia communities. An on-the-spot invetigation shows that, since the carrying, out of system of contracted responsibility linking remuneration to outpput in the 1980's, patriarchal clan octivities have revived in the Tujia communities in Westem Hunan. This article through an analysis of the Qu family, probes into the causes why the patriarchal clan organizations have revived in minority areas, with a view to help the Tujia people find a proper way to modernization. |
