| 摘 要： | 提高班级凝聚力是高职生对班集体实际的内在心理需求;提高班级凝聚力可以补偿其成长过程中"爱与归属感需要"的缺失,而且对培养高职生的团队精神提高其职业素质有着非常重要的意义。而确定符合大多数学生利益的班级目标,建立和谐的班级人际关系,加强班级文化建设,是提高高职生班级凝聚力的基本要素。

| Abstract: | Promoting class cohesiveness is the inner psychological need of vocational college students, and it can compensate the lack of sense of love and togetherness demanded by the students during their childhood development. It also has great significance in cultivating students' collectivism and improving their vocational quality. Setting a class goal according with most students' interest, establishing harmonious relationship within class and strengthening the class culture construction form are the three basic elements to improve vocational college students' cohesiveness. |
