摘    要:针对碎纸机将纸张纵切后的规则碎纸片的单面自动拼接还原问题,先将碎纸图片转化为灰度值,再就拼接处两列数据建立一元线性回归模型。针对纵横切后的碎纸片的自动拼接还原问题,先选择指标建立聚类分析模型将碎片按行分类,再根据纵切的碎片拼接模型确定各行中碎片顺序,最后确定各行的顺序,必要时可根据语义词形进行人工干预。双面碎片中只要确定单面的碎片顺序,即可得到反面顺序,从而得到拼接结果。

Study on the Automatic Stitching Technology of Pieces with Regular Shapes

Abstract:To solve the single sided automatic fragments reassembly restitching and restoring issues of regu-lar scrap papers which are straight cut by paper shredder, we should firstly switch pictures into gray values, and then establish the simple linear regression model based on the two groups of data at the joint. On the automatic stitching and restoring issues of regular scrap papers which are both straight and cross cut, to begin with, we should classify the pieces by line according to the cluster analysis model based on the selected indicators, and then determine the order of fragments in each row in terms of longitudinal stitching model. Finally, we should rank the orders of all the rows and adopt manual intervention in accordance with the morphology and semantics when necessary. On the restoring issues of double - sides, so long a:~ we find the signal - side correct order of pieces, we can acquire the back - side correct order of the pieces, then we can get the final result.
