高职人文综合素养课程的开发与实践

摘    要:针对当前我国高职院校人才培养中存在的问题和不足,济源职业技术学院把人文知识、人文素养和职业素养三者有机结合,开发适合高职学生特点的人文综合素养课程体系,主要包括文学之情、中原文化、沟通之桥、写作之舟、礼仪之歌等模块,并根据不同系部的专业发展需求灵活组合课程内容。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems and shortages existing in the personnel training of higher vocational schools in China,Jiyuan vocational and technical college organically combines humanistic knowledge with humanistic quality and professional quality to develop the comprehensive humanistic quality curriculum system suitable for the characteristics of higher vocational school students,which mainly includes the following models: the feeling of literature,culture of central plains,global understanding,boat of writing,song of etiquette,and combine curriculum content in line with the specialty development requirements of different departments flexibly.
