摘    要:职业教育需要有效的校企合作来支撑,但是目前面临着两大瓶颈:理想的合作企业难求、校企利益共同体难建。在对这两大瓶颈深入分析的基础上,提出共建型校企利益共同体的模式,它能够超越单一企业的有限功能,建立合理的利益机制,不违背市场经济的一般原则,有利于解决校企合作方面的一些主要问题。

Abstract:The implementation of vocational education demands for the support of effective school-enterprise cooperation,which confront with two bottleneck problems: the ideal cooperated enterprises are difficult to find and the school-enterprise benefit community is difficult to build.The co-constructed school-enterprise cooperation model was put forward based on deep analysis,and it can exceed the limited function of single enterprise,build reasonable benefit mechanism,without prejudice to the principles of market economy,and is good for solving the main problems of school-enterprise cooperation.
