| Abstract: | For constructing resource saving society it is necessary to persist in two stress points,they are:1.Set up and form a saving type and increasing mode of low investment,low consumption,low drainage and high efficiency.2.Set up and form a healthy,civilized and resource-saving consumed mode,which is the key link to the construction of a resource saving type society. |
