教学型高校内部质量保障体系的构建

教学型高校量大面广、层次多、类型多，是我国高等教育的中坚力量。目前我国教学型高校外部面临巨大挑战，而自身又存在诸多问题，因此在教学型高校建立一个完善的、适合校情的、有利于自我监控与自我发展的内部质量保障体系势在必行。本文首先说明构建教学型高校内部质量保障体系的必要性，然后针对现存的一些问题，就如何规范、完善提出一些措施。

On the Construction of Quality Guaranteeing System in Teaching-oriented Higher Learning Institutions

Myriads of teaching-oriented colleges and universities in various level, size and scale across the country are the important integral part of our higher education. Faced with diverse problems and challenges, it is imperative to build a perfect quality-guaranteeing system, which is conducive to self-control and development of these institutions. The article first analyses the necessity and existing problems of the interior quality system, and then proposes some countermeasures to standardize and streamline the system.
