| 摘 要： | Edgar Allan Poe is one of the few writers in the history of American literature who develops not only good novels and poems but also excellent critic theories.In Poe’s criterion,the poem should be short,and produce a feeling of beauty in the reader.Annabel Lee is a perfect illustration of Poe’s poetic theories.The essay analyzes the poem in detail from the formalistic point of view. |
