| 摘 要： | 师范生就业市场化后，高等师范教育面临着诸多新的挑战：师范生失业，师资来源渠道多元化的国际趋势，师范性不刚、学术性不强的尴尬，师范生选择空间的二维性等；面对挑战，高等师范教育必须由封闭走向开放，实行职前职后一体化，实施分段式、复合式培养模式，调整专业设置，实施素质教育。

| Abstract: | With the transition of normal students' employment to market, higher education for teachers is in face of a multitude of new challenges,such as unemployment of normal students,the world trend of various kinds of sources for teachers,the awkward situation that normal students are not adequately academic and normal,the twoway choice in employment, etc. Therefore,teachers' higher education must change from closed to open,adopt continuous oraining pre-career and post-career,employ a compounded,stage-by-stage pattern of cultivation, adjust curricula,and thus carry out quality-oriented education . |
