广东彩管厂环境影响评价

广东彩管厂地处东莞市皇村工业开发区。目前厂址及周围的大气环境质量较好,综合评价指数均未超过0.6,属清洁水平。建成后,彩管厂排放的大气污染物形成的地面浓度远小于评价标准,对周围大气质量的影响很小。目前调查水域水质受到轻度污染。东江水比运河水好,水中主要污染物是 COD。彩管厂投产后,废水经处理后排放,若排入东江,涨潮时 COD 增值0.081～0.15mg/1,退潮时 COD0.021～0.12mg/1,若排入运河,涨潮时 COD 增值0.12mg/1,退潮时 COD 达0.047～0.32mg/1。结果不会给东江水或运河水带来实质性的影响。考虑经济,社会效益和环境影响,广东彩管厂工程的选址和建设是合理、可行的。

An Environmental Impact Assessment on Guangdong Color Kinescope Factory

This paper firstly analysed the proposed project Guangdong color kinescope factory from the point of engineering,and described the natural and social en- vironment backgrounds around the project site.Then it forecast the environmental impact on water and atmosphere by the project.At the end,some conclusions and suggestions were presented.In terms of environmental protection,the project would be reliable.
