| 摘 要： | 扼要阐述了明清时期大兴字狱的情形，分析了制造字狱的原因和后果、并指出字狱乃是封建专制制度的派生物，它无情地扼杀了中国广大士人的自由思想、是一种极端残酷的精神压迫。明清字狱使中国化发展受到严重阻碍，客观上延缓了中国近现代化的进程。

| Abstract: | The study has related the situation of the literary durance in Ming and Qing dynasties and analyzed the cause and effect of if. The literary durance, which is the outcome of the feudal autarchy, snuffed the freedom of thought of the literates. It is a cruel spiritual suppress. The literary durance in Ming and Qing dynasties seriously hindered the development of the Chinese culture, and reduced the speed of the progress of the Chinese modernization. |
