| 摘 要： | 解决施工企业融资问题是企业关注的首要问题。从内源融资特点分析和与外源融资，提出企业应着重于内部资金的积累与扩大，即将融资的重心放在内源融资上，并进一步提出改善内源融资现状的途径。

| Abstract: | Settling the problem of circulating funds of construction enterprises becomes a problem of first importance the enterprises concerning. On the basis of analysing the characteristics of internal source circulating funds and comparing it with external source circulating funds, That the enterprises should lay emphasis on accumulating and expanding the internal funds is put forward and some ways to improve the present situation of internal source circulating funds are give. |
