摘    要:教师职业倦怠已是不争的事实,研究者对此进行了多方面的理论探讨和实证研究。社会比较与生活如影相随,在人们生活中扮演着重要的角色。社会比较可分为相似比较、向上比较和向下比较。在比较过程中,会产生认同效应和对比效应。本文试从社会比较理论的角度来分析社会比较对教师职业倦怠的影响。

Abstract:Now teacher burnout is an acknowledged fact. Researchers have conducted many academic discussions and empirical researches. Social comparison is accompanied with daily life and plays an important role. It is including similar comparison, upward comparison and downward comparison. During the process of social comparison, it may produce two different effects that are identification and contrast. This paper discusses the impact of social comparison on teacher burnout from the perspective of social comparison theory.
