长城GW2.8电控喷油器喷油特性研究

摘    要:本文以长城GW2.8电控喷油器的喷油特性为研究对象,采用对比实验的方法,搭建高压共轨喷油器台架实验,以喷油器气隙垫片为主要研究对象,对比分析影响喷油器喷油特性的主要因素。研究结果表明:喷油器气隙垫片厚薄的改变对排放点、全负荷点、高压预喷射点、低压预喷射点四个工况点的循环喷油量有明显影响。其影响因素为触发开始时间和断电时间的改变。

Abstract:This paper, taking the "Great Wall GW2.8 Electric Injection Sprays Characters" as a topic, by adopting the contrast experiment method, and building high pressure common rail injector test bench experiments, takes the injector air-gap gasket as the main research object, and analyzes the main influencing factors of injector sprays characters through comparison. The results show that changes of injector air-gap gasket thickness have a significant effect on cyclic injection quantity of four operating point:emission point, full load point, high pressure injection point and low pressure injection point. The influencing factor is the change of trigger of start time and power-off time.
