广西中职德育教育的研究与实践

随着社会结构的变化,现阶段企业对专业型和综合素质强的人才需求越来越大。中职是一个专门培养专业型人才的地方,而中职中的班主任则担负着对学生进行德育教育、帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观,使得学生能够成为综合素质强的实用性人才的重任。下面笔者结合自己多年的中职班主任的管理经验,分析了在中职德育教育中班主任的重要性,并给出了班主任在中职德育教育工作中的有效途径和措施。

Research and Practice of Secondary Vocational Moral E-ducation in Guangxi

With the change of social structures,the present enterprises proposes higher requirements for professional and quality talents,who are cultivated in secondary vocational colleges,where head teachers shoulder the responsibility of carrying out students＇ moral education and establishing students＇ correct outlooks on life and value,so as to cultivate them to be comprehensive application-oriented talents.Combining with the writer＇s years of experience as a secondary vocational head teacher,this paper analyzes the importance of the head teacher in secondary vocational moral education,and proposes effective approaches and measures.
