谈控制中小学教师流失的措施

目前中小学教师的流动在很多地方出现了失控现象，。造成了教师不合理的单向流动，严重地影响了学校的教育教学工作。笔者认为要控制中小学教师的流失，需采取如下措施：①建立教师队伍的合理流动机制与鼓励终身从教相结合；②市场调节与政策导向相结合；③提高教师经济待遇与提倡奉献精神相结合；④弘扬尊师之风与提高教师自身素质相结合。

Now, we can, somehow not, prevent teachers of primary and secondary school from resigning.The writer considers that, to prevent the resigning, we should take the following measures: 1. to combine a rational resigning system with the encouragement of working as a teacher for a life-long time ; 2. to combine the adjustment of market with the leading of policy; 3. to combine the promotion of teacher's salary with the encouragement of the spirist of self-devotion; 4. to combine the enhancement of respecting the teacher with the promotion of the teacher's quality.
