中国家族企业的制度分析

在华人社会中,有世界级的大富翁但没有世界级的华人企业。改革开放后发展起来的中国家族企业,现在面临着"二次创业"的转型。利用制度经济学的分析工具,结合中国家族企业的特征,详细分析这种有趣的经济现象,并对"二次创业"的企业提出重构微观基础的设计方案,依托既有的中国文化资源,明确产权,再创新业。

An Analysis of Family Enterprise System in China

In the society of Chinese, there are many millionaire of the world-class, but we couldn't find the greatest Chinese enterprises in the same world. After the open and reform, many Chinese family enterprises have developed. Now, these enterprises are faced with the transfer of 'the second flying-off'. This paper has analyzed the interesting phenomenon, described the characteristics of Chinese family enterprises with the tool of system economics. Then, this paper gives a redesign of the micro-basis for the enterprises which will have 'the second flying-off'. It suggests that these enterprises will develop if they rely on the resources of Chinese culture and define the property rights.
