我国网络社会构建公共领域的困境分析

公共领域是一个处于私人领域和国家之间的社会交往及理性批判空间,其核心是公共利益和公共意志。网络的发展无疑给公共领域的构建带来新的机遇,但也助长了消费主义的泛滥,带来了严格的信息过滤以及社会群体极端化、分裂化的倾向,使公共领域的构建面临新的困境。而这一困境的解决有赖于自由表达体制的建立和政治现代化的进程。

As a connection between personal sphere and national sphere, public sphere is a space of social interaction and rational criticism with public benefits and public will as its core. Although the development of network will undoubtedly bring new opportunities for the construction of public sphere, it contributes to excessive consumption and leads to a tendency the separation of social groups, which will result in a predicament for the construction of public sphere. And the solution to it will depend on the construction of a system for the freedom of expression along with the modernization of politics.
