论学习方式及其变革的规律

学习方式是在特定的社会历史条件及特定的人才需求背景下,人们为了适应变化的环境所需要的有效地获取新经验的模式和类型,也是学习者考虑学习任务和自身特点后选择的具有特定功能的学习方法的系统。本文分析了社会对人才的要求、科技与传播手段、知识增长方式、教育传统与教学模式、课程教材的内容、学生的心理特点等6个因素对学习方式变化的影响,提出了更新观念、改革教学模式、对学生进行学习方式的指导等方法建议。

On Learning Modes and it''''s Changes

Learning modes is the modes that people gain new experience for adapting changes of environment under special social development and it's needs of talents , it is a system of learning methods which people select according to learning tasks and his recognition characteristics .
