显微手术治疗颅内多发动脉瘤

对47例经造影及手术证实的颅内多发动脉瘤进行显微手术治疗。术后恢复工作42例，轻残2例，重残1例，死亡2例。结果表明，术前识别破裂动脉瘤和术中先处理破裂动脉瘤十分重要。尽可能一期手术处理完所有多发动脉瘤，对于不能一期手术的多发动脉瘤，应先期处理破裂动脉瘤，然后二期手术处理未破裂动脉瘤。血管造影为单发动脉瘤，而术中所见与CT和造影的部位不相符时，应想到多发动脉瘤之可能。

Microsurgery of Multiple Intracrnial Aneurysms

47 patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms were operated under controlled low blood pressure and microsurgical technique.Among the 47 patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms,42 recovered to nomal work after the operation,2 were mildly disabled,1 severely disabled and 2 died.It is very important to distinguish rupture aneurysm before operation and treat it in operation firstly.Try to treat all the multable aneurysms at one stage cran- iotomy.Treat aneurysms without rupture at the second stage craniotomy.When the position of aneurysm in operation is not in accordance with that of single aneurysm demonstrated in angiography,it is possible to be multiple intracranial aneurysms.
