| 摘 要： | 口语课是一门理论指导下实践性很强的课程,理论是口语教学的前提和保证,理论与课堂教学有机结合才是口语教学的必由之路。为了改变大学非英语专业学生"哑巴英语"的现状,制定了《BASE方案》。文章就《BASE方案》制定的理论依据进行了陈述,指出了行为主义理论、克拉申的输入假说、情感过滤假说、监控假说以及认知理论对《BASE方案》的重要影响。由于《BASE方案》有着丰富的理论依据和实施方向,因此它将是促进教与学双向发展的新探索。

| Abstract: | The integration of theory with practice in the classroom is a must way to achieve oral English teaching. One of the reasons why "BASE program" (an oral English teaching program) has actual effects on college students' improvement in oral English is that it has abundant theoretical basis. The thesis aims to elaborate the SLA theories influencing "BASE Program", especially the behaviorism theory; S. Krashen's input hypothesis; affective-filter hypothesis as well as monitor hypothesis and cognitive theory. |
