| 摘 要： | 教育公平包括教育机会公平、教育过程公平和教育结果公平.当前,在高等教育领域,人们将较多的关注投向了主要包括由于地区差别、城乡差别、阶层差异、性别差别、民族差别等社会原因而造成的教育机会不公平,而对于高校内部的教育过程和教育结果的不公平研究较少.文章主要分析了高等教育过程和结果的各种不公平现象,总结其原因,并提出相关改进建议,旨在进一步推进高校内部的教育公平.

| Abstract: | At present,in the area of higher education,more attention is paid to the unequal opportunities of getting education,while little attention is paid to the course and the result of getting higher education.The main purpose of this paper is to show the unequality of these two aspects,to analyse the reasons and give some advice so as to make the problem better. |
