| 摘 要： | 提高农民组织化程度需要创新农业微观组织形式，农业私营企业成长是在坚持改革和完善家庭承包制基础上的又一次创新。2004年，我们对国内128家企业进行了目的抽样调查，对25家农业产业链中不同环节的企业进行了访谈。本文剖析了我国农业私营企业生成的四种类型，即个体经营基础上形成的农业私营企业、国有集体企业改革而组建的农业私营企业、国有集体企业职工以个人掌握的要素创办新企业和招商引资举办的农业私营企业。进而探讨企业初创期的行为特征，提出不同类型企业的共性和存在的问题。

| Abstract: | It needs to innovating the agriculral micro-orgnization for increasing the degree of agriculture organization.The growth of agricultural private enterprise is an another innovation in line with the evolution and modification of household responsibility system.We investigated 128 enterprises accidently and consulted 25 enterprises covering different lines.The article chose 8 typical enterprises for reasearch in the way of 5W1H and concluded 4 kinds of agricultural private enterprises' producing. |
