| 摘 要： | 人文关怀,就是"以人为本"。以人为本,提倡人文关怀精神,提供人性化服务,是21世纪社会发展的一个方向。图书馆作为教育和信息机构,倡导"以人为本"理念,对于提升图书馆整体水平,改善图书馆服务环境,以及对于图书馆的未来发展都具有积极的意义。
