| 摘 要： | 全科医师岗位培训在我国起步较晚，但发展迅猛。现阶段在全科医师岗位培训过程中尚存在一定的困难，只有采用全新的教育理念、现代化的教学手段、形式多样的教学方法才能培养出高起点、高水平、高素质的全科医师。

| Abstract: | General practitioner's on-the-job training starts late in our country,but develops very rapidly.At present,there are still some difficulties in general practitioner's on-the-job training.Only by adopting brand-new educational idea,modernized teaching measures and a variety of teaching methods can we train a general practitioner with high starting point,high level and high quality. |
