Through years' practice, I have draw a conclusion that to report well on spot, three issues have to be resolved successfully. One is to resolve the issue of relation between interviewer and interviewee. Another is to resolve the issue of relation between interviewer and incidents. Still another is to resolve the issue of relation between interviewer and surroundings. To resolve the three issues well is the basis of producing a good report on spot.
