| 摘 要： | 党的基层组织在党的系统中所处的地位，决定了它在党的领导中的重要作用，它既是马列主义、毛泽东思想和邓小平理论的直接传播者，又是党的路线、方针和政策的直接执行者，还是群众实践活动的直接组织者。此外，党的基层组织和党员的模范带头作用，对党的领导而言也是十分重要的。

| Abstract: | In the Party system,the position of the basic level organization of the Party decides its important effect in the leading of the Party.It is not only the direct spreader of the Marxism-leninism,the thought of Mao ze dong and the theory of Deng Xiao ping,but also the direct performer of the route,guiding principle and policy.It is also the direct organizationer of the practice of the pepole.In addition,the basic level of the Party and the leading effect of the Party member are also very important to the leading of Party. |
