摘    要:高校体育课程以“健康第一”为指导思想,以增强学生体质,发展学生个性,促进学生身心全面健康发展,培养学生锻炼兴趣、习惯和能力为课程建设目标。确立终身体育目标的现代教学最基本的组成部分,是实现教育目标的具体途径。体育课程改革应在“健康第一”的理念基础上,开展多种教学模式的实践,优化课的结构,形成整体性体育教学体系。

Abstract:The guiding ideology of the reform of college physical training courses should be "Health Priority",which aims at building up students' constitution,developing their personality,ensuring their physical and mental health,and cultivating their interests,habits and ability in physical exercise.Physical courses are the basic way to popularize comprehensive quality education and establish a modern life-long physical education.Therefore,physical courses should be reformed on the basis of "Health Priority",by carrying out experiments on different teaching methods,optimizing the structure of physical courses and forming an integral physical education system.
