| Abstract: | The rights issue business is the common business on the security market . The business can raise the necessary fund that expands the operation and adjust the financial structure of the company through rationing shares of company, At the same time it will cause the changes of company' s stock price and wet ralue of book. It also will exert influence to the wet value rate of company's market and shareholder. |
