一种残疾人康复训练器的电气控制设计与研究

摘    要:根据下肢截肢患者的运动特点,使用avr单片机控制磁粉制动器,产生康复者所需要的力矩大小,锻炼康复者的下肢残端肌肉,并计算受试者在康复训练中的时间和能量消耗,对下肢康复训练建立一种新的训练模式。利用运算速率高,抗干扰功能强大和便于控制的avr单片机,进行c语言编程,结合下肢残肢康复训练实际临床理论,达到自动控制理论和下肢康复训练之间的完美结合。表明该康复训练器运用自动控制原理可以成功地完成对下肢残肢康复动作的识别,实现对下肢可以进一步探索下肢残肢康复训练系统的训练方案的依据。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of amputees of lower limbs, using surface EMG Sensor and analyzing sEMG of leg quadriceps when volunteers do rehabilitative exercises, the pattern recognition is studied, used for the lower limbs in rehabilitative exercises system. Making use of absolute magnitude average(MAV), variance(VAR) and power spectrum coefficient of sEMG acquire character value, we can establish the relation of the sEMG character value and lower limbs in rehabilitative exercises. Conclusion indicate that this method may recognize lower limbs in rehabilitative exercises, and may do further study for the control of the systems of lower limbs in rehabilitative exercises of residual limb.
