基于LabVIEW的电控发动机测试系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对电控发动机常见故障特征和工作参数进行了分析,并开发了一套基于LabVIEW的发动机测试采集系统。该系统主要有数据采集卡和PC机构成,配以开发的应用软件。经反复测试和改进,此系统工作稳定,可方便地对电控发动机运行状况进行数据采集、分析和存储,为发动机提供集测试与诊断分析功能的通用化平台。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the features of the common breakdowns and the working parameter. Accordingly, an engine test and acquisition system was designed and developed, which is based on LABVIEW. This system is mainly composed of dada acquisition cards and personal computers, along with the developed applied software. Through repetitive test and improvement, this system works steadily. It is convenient to acquire, analyze and store the data while the electronically controlled engine is working. Overall, this system can provide a universal approach to engine test and analysis.
