从社会资本转移看水库移民的养老问题

水库移民是因水库建设而产生的、由政府主导的大规模非自愿性迁移的人口。水库移民和其他农民一样，在年老时会面临经济风险，可能在年老时没有足够的经济来源以支持老年期间的生活需要。从社会资产的角度分析水库移民面临的养老问题，构建水库移民养老保障体系。

Pension Problem of Reservoir Resettlement from the Perspective of Social Capital Transfer

Reservoir resettlers due to reservoir construction are the large--scale non--voluntary population led by government. Reservoir immigrants, like other peasants, will face economic risk in old age, and may not have enough financial resources to support themselves in old age. This paper has analyzed the pension problems faced by the dam im- migrants from social capital transfer, explored the necessity of the establishment of dam immigrants＇ pension security system and proposed to build a reservoir migrants＇ pension security system, including the principles and specific content.
