| 摘 要： | 军政理论课教学是提高国防生军政素质的有效途径，签约高校应将军政理论课纳入学校总体教学计划，强化教学过程管理，加强教师队伍建设，提高教学质量。重视发挥第二课堂载体作用，形成国防教育氛围，提高国防生军政素质，从而培养出掌握现代科学文化知识、具有创新精神、军政兼优、德才兼备的新型军事人才。
