| 摘 要： | 通过对动态联盟项目组织模式下的成本计划与控制特点的分析,构建了联盟项目成本集成管理模型,提出了进行联盟项目成本集成管理的方法并建立了一个基于Web services实现对成本集成管理的层次框架模型。
