民办应用型本科院校人才培养的主要问题及对策研究

民办应用型本科院校是普通本科教育的新生力量，但在人才培养中普遍存在定位不明、应用性偏弱、专业建设滞后、师资实力不足、实践教学环节薄弱等问题。本文在分析这些问题及产生原因的基础上，提出了提高这类型院校人才培养质量的若干举措。

Problems of Talents Training in Private Application-oriented Universities and Their Solutions

Private application-oriented universities are the new force of undergraduate education,but there are a series of problems in talent training such as unclear orientation,weak application,slowing major construction,inadequate faculty,weak practical teaching and so on.Based on the analysis of these problems and their causes,this article proposes a number of initiatives to improve the quality of talent training at such universities.
