| 摘 要： | 师德师风建设一直是教师职业道德建设的重要内容。随着时代变迁,环境易换,人们的道德价值观形成了不同的变化趋势,特别是道德价值观的参照标准的混乱以及道德价值体系的混杂,造成教师道德层次的差异,并进而影响教育的结果,影响社会整体核心价值体系的确立。因此,我们需要探讨教育伦理建设,用公民教育帮助人们自觉构建整体性的、健康的社会主流价值;维护教师的合法权益,制定科学、公正、可行的制度,让教师有一个健康的道德接受环境;强化责任意识,让师德教育真正起到帮助构建整体化的价值评判标准的作用。重建新时期的基础教育教师思想道德教育的评判体系,以带动社会整体价值体系的构建。
