论语文教师自主发展的主要途径

摘    要:自主发展是语文教师专业发展的主要途径。语文教师要获得自主发展,必须有自主发展的意识,包括主体意识、发展意识、问题意识、创新意识、目标意识、自找压力、自我塑造、自我评价;必须有自主发展的能力,包括教学能力、研究能力、反思能力;必须有自主发展的行动,勇于超越是语文教师自主发展的前提,善于学习是语文教师自主发展的保证,乐于合作是语文教师自主发展的依托。
