| 摘 要： | 金融危机不仅严重影响我国的经济发展和社会生活,也对高校毕业生就业造成了深刻的影响,尤其对大学生就业心理、专业设置、就业结构、就业观念等诸多方面的影响不容低估。为此,应采取相应的对策与措施,促进大学生充分就业。政府应承担政策扶持和法律保障,高校应加强人才培养模式改革并强化就业指导服务,而大学生则应切实转变择业观念,不断增强就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | The financial crisis not only affects our economic development and social life severely,but also the college graduate employment,especially in their employment psychology,specialty,structure and conception,which should not be underestimated. Governments,universities,and graduates should have a firm confidence and join together to take various effective measures to promote the full employment of graduates. |
