| 摘 要： | 发展性教育理念是当今世界教育的发展潮流。提高辅导员队伍的整体素质和专业化水平是辅导员自身发展的内在要求,也是推进辅导员职业化、专业化、专家化的现实选择。高校辅导员专业化要具有较高的政治素养、优良的个性心理品质、丰富的理论知识、较强的实践技能和完善的职业伦理等特点。要实现辅导员专业化就要改革辅导员的教育培养机制,建立与辅导员专业化发展相适应的培训模式,实行辅导员导师制,积极引导辅导员开展职业生涯规划,从而构建一体化的辅导员培养体系。
