| 摘 要： | 高校管理应该从控制性向服务性过渡,在职能上强调协调和服务。高校教师和学者的学术自由、高校学生的学习自由和高校教育价值观的转变都需要高校教学管理者提供优质的服务,服务是高校教学管理制度的基本性质。当前,教学管理中的官本位现象和对情感因素的忽视依然大量存在,为改变这种现象,应采取以下措施:一、改变长官意志,树立服务理念;二、由控制性管理手段转变为精神性管理手段;三、做好管理与服务的协调统一。
