摘    要:教师的专业化发展不仅仅是教育工作者深入思考、深入探究的领域,而且是社会各界关注的重要课题。作为新课程背景下的小学教师,既要高度认识教师专业化发展的内涵,又要深入探索教师专业化养成的途径,从而提高教师专业化发展水平。
