| 摘 要： | 本文基于对独立学院人才培养目标的定位分析,设计出本科专业人才培养方案修订改革的"三步法"工作流程,阐述了如何构建"宽知识、高技能、高素质"的学科课程体系,以及怎样开发"单元教学、项目训练、专题教育"的人才培养方法模型。
