教师资格认定制度的比较研究

摘    要:实施教师资格制度,是促进教师专业化发展的国际趋势。教师资格认定制度的完善和落实,对我国建设一支能够满足基础教育需要的高素质、专业化的教师队伍具有重要和深远的意义。文章通过研究教师资格认证制度的内涵,比较中国目前的教师资格认定制度与发达国家教师资格认定制度实施和发展状况,提出完善我国教师资格证书认定制度的建议,旨在进一步完善我国的教师资格认定制度,提高教师资格认定的管理水平,促进我国教师职业专业化的发展。

Abstract:Carrying out the system of teacher qulification is an international trend that is oriented at improving teachers' professional knowledge. The improvement and immplentation of the system is of profound significance to the provison of teachers with professional knowledge to primary and secondary schools. The paper, after studying the content of teacher qulification system, compares the current situation in China and some indutrialized countries in terms of system immplementation and devlopment. It also puts forward suggestions on ways to perfect the teacher's qualification certification system in China and tries to urge to futher improve management skills in this field and promote teacher's professional knowledge.
