| 摘 要： | "法官"一词起于战国,初始含义为"知法之官";秦代以降,"法官"成为"执法之官";现代意义的"法官"随法院的产生而产生于清末。宋元以降,会作法的道士被尊称为"法官",源于"作法之官"的省称。现有大型语文工具书"法官"的释义均未为确当。

| Abstract: | The word"judge"Stemmed from the period of Zhanguo,and initially meant the official knowing laws.After Qin Dynasty,The word meant the official executing laws.The modern judge originated at the end of Qing Dynasty with the court occurring.After Song Dynasty,Taoist priests who can use Zhouyu were respected as judges.The persuasive definition is not given in all available language reference books. |
