全金属环状波导CO2激光器结构设计

摘    要:从高功率、小型化的角度将全金属环状波导CO2激光器与传统的波导CO2激光器进行对比,简要分析了该器件的特点、优势;从光学性能、机械结构两方面对全金属环状波导CO2激光器的结构设计进行分析,并由此得到器件结构的具体参数.

Abstract:Compared with the traditional waveguide CO2 lasers in high-power and compact,the features and advantages of the new device are summarily analyzed.The construction design of the annular waveguide CO2 lasers with all-metallic materials is analyzed from optics and mechanics,therefore the detailed parameters of the device construction are given.
