生命教育视角下大学生心理危机及其干预探析

大学生正处于身心急速发展的成长时期,由于个人成长过程的挫折经历、社会转型期价值观冲突对当代大学生的影响以及校园生命教育的缺失,易产生心理危机,导致不良后果.有效的心理危机干预离不开生命教育,开展生命教育也应注重对大学生心理危机的研究.新时期,从生命高于一切的人文关怀和心理危机干预原则出发,研究生命教育视角下当代大学生心理危机及干预问题具有现实意义.

Discussion on the Psychological Crisis of College Students and Its Intervention from the Perspective of Life Education

College students,whose body and mind develop fast,are at the stage of rapid growth. Because of the personal frus- trating growing experience,the influence from the value conflict in social transformation period to contemporary college students,and the loss of college life education,they may easily produce psychological crisis which lead to bad outcomes. Effective psychological crisis intervention depends on life education,and life education should also pay attention to the psychological crisis research of col- lege students. From the humanistic care which life is above all,and the principle of psychological crisis intervention,it has great theoretical and practical significance in new period to research the problem of college students＇ psychological crisis and its interven- tion from the perspective of life education.
